Product Introduction

Structure

It mainly consists of frame, screw shaft, fixed ring, moving ring, drive device, flocculation stirring device, sludge inlet, sludge outlet, filtrate discharge system, intelligent control system and other parts. Fixed rings and moving rings are stacked with each other. The screw shaft runs through them to form a filtration device.

Working Principle

Sludge enters from the feed port. It moves to the discharge port under the push of the screw shaft. In the front thickening section, the sludge is initially concentrated under gravity. In the rear dewatering section, the pitch of the screw shaft gradually becomes smaller. The sludge is under increasing pressure. Water flows out from the gap between the fixed ring and the moving ring to realize dewatering. The mud cake is discharged from the discharge port.
